Kristin Fisher has joined CNN in July 2021, as the station's Space and Defense Correspondent. In her new position, Fisher will cover everything from NASA's newly-created Space Force to commercial space business and the emergence of space tourism. Being the child of two NASA astronauts Kristin grew up in the industry of space. She worked for the past five years covering the Biden and Trump Space policies of the administration as a White House Correspondent for FOX News. Also, she covered the 2020 presidential campaign and the efforts of two administrations in fighting the coronavirus. She also went on numerous journeys with the president and vice president and was a part of a classified trip to Afghanistan together with the former president Donald Trump. Kristin has spent more than 10 years in the television industry.
